A BILL to amend article six, chapter sixty-four of the
code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred
thirty-one, as amended, by adding thereto a new
section, designated section four, relating to
authorizing the division of veterans affairs to
promulgate legislative rules relating to the state
home for veterans-fiscal.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That article six, chapter sixty-four of the code of
West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as
amended, be amended by adding thereto a new section, designated section four, to read as follows:
ARTICLE 6. AUTHORIZATION FOR DEPARTMENT OF MILITARY
AFFAIRS AND PUBLIC SAFETY TO PROMULGATE LEGISLATIVE
RULES.
§64-6-4. Division of veterans affairs.
The legislative rules filed in the state register on
the twenty-fourth day of July, one thousand nine hundred
ninety-five, under the authority of section three,
article two, chapter nine-a, of this code, modified by
the division of veterans affairs to meet the objections
of the legislative rule-making review committee and
refiled in the state register on the second day of
November, one thousand nine hundred ninety-five, relating
to the division of veterans affairs (state home for
veterans-fiscal, 86 CSR 2), are authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the
Division of Veterans Affairs to promulgate legislative
rules relating to the Sate Home for Veterans-fiscal.
